What is Globl Scaling?
Thirty
years ago eminent biologists had already discovered that organisms
whose body sizes proved to be within certain ranges of measurement
seemed to have much better chances for survival and reproduction,
independent of type of specie investigated. The results of this
research showed, unequivocally, the frequency distribution of
biological species relative to body size and mass.
At
about the same time, physicists discovered a similar phenomenon of
scaling in the frequency distribution of elementary particles based on
the particles’ rest mass. In 1982, Dr. Hartmut Müller was able to
show this for all known particles, nuclei, and atoms, and also for
asteroids, moons, planets, and stars.
Scaling
is a global phenomenon; in fact, it may be the very blueprint of the
universe itself. In a series of articles published between 1982 and
1989 by the Institute for Scientific-Technical Information of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Dr. Müller presented the fundamentals of his theory of Global Scaling.
Further
mathematical investigation of the Global Scaling phenomenon has
revealed the concept of standing wave processes on the logarithmic (not
linear) scale of measures, and postulates the existence of a Standing
Gravitational Wave that exists simultaneously everywhere. Reflections
form further substructures. As a highly interesting example, the
fractal set emerging from this process is responsible for describing
the distribution of the Prime Numbers.
These articles were kept secret, when first published, by the Soviet Union. After leaving the Soviet Union,
when the Iron Curtain came down, Dr. Mueller was not allowed to begin
publishing his work until 2002. Global Scaling Applications, LLC is
committed to assisting Dr. Mueller in disseminating this important work
in the USA and the West.
Magnetic flux density (field strength)
EMG systems follow the strict Russian and Swedish limit regulations on magnetic flux density, as well as the recommended USA guidelines (NCRP). At the highest “Level 8”, a maximum of just one microtesla (1 µT) peak value (!) is generated by the cushion applicator. The head applicator provides the lowest magnetic field in the picotesla range (pT).
The rapid decay rate of the extremely low soft magnetic field guarantees the induction of body-equivalent voltages even at “Level 8”. At these low field strengths, our system follows the research of German Federal Armed Forces radiation experts Prof. Käs and Prof. Pelka; the brain physiologist at the University of Marburg, Prof. Petzold; the biophysical research of Prof. König (Munich Technical University), assistant professor Warnke (University of Saarbrücken); and Prof. Vachtin, St. Petersburg.
Low voltage induction
If an ECG is simultaneously taken of volunteers during PERTH treatment, at “Level 8” only 0.2 mV is generated in the body. From “Level 4” downwards, the therapy signals in the ECG can no longer be displayed but can naturally be proven in other ways. In comparison, the heart itself produces up to 1.5 mV according to ECG measurements.
Heart pacemaker compatibility
Prof. Dr. med. M. Schlepper, a cardiologist from Bad Nauheim, has assessed the PERTH System nach Prof. Dr. Werner® by EMG to be compatible with heart pacemakers. Wearers of pacemakers have been treated regularly using PERTH since 1999.
Therapy signals
It is important to stress that EMG systems do not produce any sinusoidal, saw-tooth or rectangular signals, as these, according to Dr. rer. nat. W. Ludwig “are non-physiological signals for the body and will always create problems in the long term, particularly for older people”. PERTH, on the other hand, imitates the body’s own action potential currents and other physiological signals (e.g. cartilage currents).
Pulsing rhythms
EMG systems also do not import any clocked signals into the body. The signal forms differ from each other due to rhythmic variations. “If these variations are missing, then that characterises extreme biological rigidity and this goes hand in hand with pathological occurrences”, stated Dr. Senekowitsch in CoMed 08/01. So a pulsing of signals makes you ill! So EMG uses rhythmic signals!
Adaptation
On the basis of about 14,000 users, who have been treated for over 8 years, we can safely rule out adaptation to the magnetic field of PERTH. In extreme low energy ranges, a magnetic field will not cause any adaptation (Warnke, Medical Conference 11.05.1995, Berlin).
Thermal effects
As is known, unwanted thermal effects from PERTH are not possible from a soft magnetic field below one microtesla (1 µT), as the induced currents are too weak for this. Neither is interference with electronic devices or bank cards possible from a soft magnetic field (Ludwig, Warnke, Werner).
Contra-indications
1. Strong, acute, arterial bleeding
2. Fungal or bacterial sepsis (blood poisoning)
3. People with transplanted organs should not be treated for legal reasons.
No contra-indications
The following can be treated using PERTH nach Prof. Dr. Werner: pregnant women, women who have recently given birth, babies, children, people wearing heart pace-makers, Parkinson’s sufferers, epileptics, people suffering from hyperthyroidism, patients with irregular pulse, people with autoimmune diseases, apoplexy and cancer.
The effect of PERTH
The PERTH will not start to work optimally until after three months of regular treatment, according to a study by Prof. Schauf and Prof. Sell at the University of Wuppertal on 700 patients. This result also corresponds to our findings.
It would do everybody good to use a PERTH system regularly as a prophylactic measure to prevent the illnesses and complaints of old age. The “high priest of magnetic fields”, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Herbert König from the Munich Technical University, expressed this opinion back in 1991 and we can only agree.
